At Wise Trip Management, we're proud to be an officially approved partner in U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Reimbursable Services Program (RSP). This partnership allows us to request after-hours or off-schedule customs clearance at select U.S. airports — giving you greater flexibility, reduced repositioning, and enhanced operational efficiency.
What is the RSP?
The Reimbursable Services Program (RSP) allows private-sector partners like WISE to request CBP officer support outside of regular operating hours by covering associated staffing costs. These requests are made at designated airports that don't offer routine overtime CBP availability — helping you avoid costly delays and diversions
